We have a stocked beach closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. However, if these items are stolen and/or broken, we cannot guarantee their availability.

🐞 Wildlife/Bugs
Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use.

The house has 4 parking spaces that are available for your group.

🦮 Pet limitations
We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.
• any and all pets must be pre-approved by owner prior to booking • up to 3 dogs allowed (there is a fee per dog) • must be housebroken and up-to-date on vaccines • permitted on furniture only if covered • may not be left unattended at any time • must comply with all local leash laws.
We are a dog friendly property and we have a phenomenal cleaning team but they are human so there is a possibility for human error, if there is an issue during your stay let us know and we will try to address it! Since we are dog friendly, those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

Quiet Hours 🤫
10PM-7AM: You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. This is a city requirement. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.

Fun fact: I am a total plant lady Most useless skill: Charcuterie artist I'm originally from Southern California & Daniel is from Miami. We have lived in the DMV area for over a decade & love every bit of it. We love traveling the world & are dog parents to three dachshund rescues. I have a background in Urban Planning & Daniel is an engineer. We are happy to share tips & cool locations in the DMV area.
